Reports that the SDK cannot encode, hydrate, or decode an application value.

This local exception identifies unsupported wire values, non-finite numbers, unhydrated blobs, concrete-class mismatches, and Jackson serialization failures. Verify the registered value class and application ObjectMapper configuration before retrying.
