Interface RetryPolicy

Retry-delay multiplier; uses the server default when omitted.

Delay before the first retry in milliseconds.

Total attempt limit including the initial call.

Upper bound for one retry delay in milliseconds.

Retry elapsed-time limit in milliseconds; defaults to four hours when omitted. For a Step, counted from the first hand-out to a Worker. Checked only after an attempt fails to decide whether another retry can be scheduled. It never ends a running Step attempt; use the method timeout to bound an attempt.
